Redwood Wholefoods - this is a U.K. based company - The Redwood Wholefood Co. - that produce incredibly realistic vegan meats, cheeses, roasts etc. (with the promise of no genetically modified ingredients too). It may be especially useful to anyone who loves/loved the taste of meat and dairy products and misses it or thinks they will miss it. They do a mail order service, though many health food shops do carry this range.
